Your American Titan ladder will ship within twelve business days from the time you place your order. We ship via FedEx Home Delivery® to residential addresses or FedEx Ground® to businesses.

30-Day Return Policy
American Titan is confident that you will be happy with the quality, functionality, and design of your ladder. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your American Titan, you may return the ladder in its original condition within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. All American Titan returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
